1、 System Overview

The high temperature and high pressure hanging plate dynamic velocity corrosion tester is a small acid resistant reaction vessel that meets the technical requirements of Q/SH0532-2010 acidification corrosion inhibitor. It uses the weight loss method to test the corrosion rate of hanging plates or rock core slices in acid solutions without and with corrosion inhibitors, in order to evaluate the corrosion resistance of hanging plates and the corrosion inhibition performance of corrosion inhibitors. The test can be conducted under set temperature and pressure conditions. The instrument is equipped with a magnetic coupling stirring system, which can stir the liquid inside the reaction vessel under static sealing conditions by driving the blades inside the reaction vessel with magnetic force, achieving dynamic testing. By replacing the stirring rod, the rock core slices can be tested in the test liquid. The mixing speed can be infinitely adjusted through the adjustment knob on the panel, and the experimental temperature is measured and controlled by a digital temperature controller (with PID adjustment).

4、 Conclusion construct

1Cauldron structure

1.1 The high-pressure reactor consists of a heater, a reactor body, a magnetic coupling transmission system, and a safety valve device.

1.2 The sealing of the high-pressure vessel adopts the sealing form of polytetrafluoroethylene gasket, and the screws are tightened to achieve the sealing effect.

1.3 The kettle wall is equipped with electric heating tubes, which have fast heat transfer speed and high heating efficiency.

1.4 The upper head is equipped with a pressure gauge, safety valve, shut-off valve, etc., and a shut-off valve is installed at the lower part of the kettle body, which can be used for liquid discharge.

The 1.5 stirring DC motor is installed on the upper part of the kettle body, and the kettle body is stirred by coupling two sets of magnets inside, outside, up, and down to rotate.

2Structure of Controller

The controller adopts a standard chassis, with a detachable back cover and top cover for easy maintenance and inspection. The panel has pressure gauges, temperature controllers, speed controllers, power switches, etc

5、 Operation steps

1. First, remove the inlet and outlet pipelines and the mixing motor plug, unscrew the nut, open the upper head, add the test medium into the high-pressure reactor, cover the head, and tighten the nut.

2. Fill the pressurized container with acid solution.

3. Use a pressure pump to drive the acid in the piston container with water or oil, and pressurize the reaction vessel.

4. Heat and adjust the speed of the reaction kettle.

5. After the experiment is completed, the pressure is reduced and the liquid is drained for cleaning.

Attention should be paid to:

a. Be careful during assembly and disassembly to avoid damaging the seals and components;

b. When tightening the nut, it should be tightened symmetrically to ensure that the bolt and sealing surface are evenly stressed.

2. Safety inspection of heating furnace: Before powering on, it is necessary to check whether there is a reliable grounding. After confirmation, the following steps can be carried out.

3. Turn on the heating switch on the control box, and the required heating temperature is set and controlled by the temperature controller on the control box. To ensure temperature control accuracy, segmented heating is used. Please refer to the temperature controller manual for specific operation.

4. The mixing speed is adjusted by the speed controller, and it should be adjusted slowly rather than too fast.

5. Cleaning: The kettle should be cleaned promptly after use to reduce corrosion.

6. The kettle body is made of Hastelloy alloy material, which has the ability to resist sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and can directly place the acid solution inside the kettle. But in order to improve the service life of the kettle body, the manufacturer recommends that users store the acid solution in the provided PTFE container to reduce corrosion.

7. When preparing and filling acid, be careful and take protective measures to prevent the acid from injuring people.
